Terms of Use of the Corporate Design Portal of MTU Aero Engines AG

All text, images, graphics, audio, video and animation files, as well as their arrangements (hereinafter referred to as "data") are subject to copyright and other laws for the protection of intellectual property. MTU Aero Engines AG ("MTU") is the owner of and has the copyright to all data. A transfer, copying, editing or use of the data on websites is not permitted without the prior consent of MTU. Contact the department of Corporate Communication and Public Affairs in order to receive approval.

Access to the database

Each user is issued a personal password with the access authorization. This must be handled with strict confidentiality. Each user who accesses the Corporate Design Portal is obligated to use the data solely for purposes of MTU. By logging into the Corporate Design Portal, the user agrees to the Terms of Use.

Blocking of user accounts

MTU reserves the right to block user accounts at any time and without prior notification if MTU has a suspicion or evidence of misuse.

Publication

The accessed data must also be left unchanged for publication or other use and, in particular, the data must be identified as property of MTU.

Rights

The rights of MTU to the data also remain unchanged with use of the data by the user. MTU assumes no liability for the correctness, completeness or contents of the data. Use of the data takes place at the user's own risk and legal claims of the user against MTU with use of the data are barred.

Non-disclosure

Each user agrees to handle the data obtained and access authorizations in this connection confidentially and to only disclose this information to third parties after receiving prior written consent from MTU. The user shall be obligated, in particular, to refrain from using the data for their own commercial purposes or those of other principals.
